## Process

Design requests go through a ticket form in Brandbeet's project management tool so every brief is tracked, prioritised and visible to the client team.

Brandbeet uses Slack for day-to-day communication, questions and feedback. A project manager keeps work moving and reviews the queue with the client on a weekly call.
