Brandbeet lists campaign creative, paid-social assets, email, presentation decks, sales materials, event graphics and motion graphics within marketing design. A useful recurring brief connects these deliverables to one approved campaign direction and makes production dependencies clear.

This is a reusable planning template, not a fixed package or a promise that a set of assets fits within a particular number of hours.

## Copyable briefing template

- **Business context:** What are we launching, explaining or promoting?
- **Audience:** Who needs to act, and what do they already know?
- **Objective:** What action should the creative support?
- **Message:** What proposition, approved copy and evidence must appear?
- **Deliverables:** Which channels, dimensions, variations and file formats are needed?
- **Brand inputs:** Which guidelines, source files, imagery and existing work apply?
- **Constraints:** Which product, legal or partner approvals are required?
- **Timing:** What is the launch date, and when can feedback be returned?
- **Ownership:** Who consolidates feedback and approves the final work?
- **Evaluation:** Which campaign result will the client measure, and what baseline exists?

## An illustrative launch sequence

First agree the campaign direction and one representative design. Then adapt approved creative to the required ad, landing-page, email or deck formats. Finally check consistency and prepare handoff files. This sequence is a planning example, not a Brandbeet SLA.

## Avoid hidden dependencies

Approved copy and licensed imagery can be prerequisites. The homepage FAQ places copywriting, custom photography, 3D rendering and long-form video outside the subscription; agree any separately scoped specialist work. Website design assets do not automatically include a built landing page.

## Make the queue actionable

Mark the essential launch assets, the approval owner and the genuine deadline. Separate optional variations from launch-critical work. Focus lists one active project and Scale two; a long asset list does not create unlimited parallel capacity.

## Evaluate the work fairly

Define success before launch and record the distribution, audience and budget alongside the creative. Revenue or conversion changes should not be attributed solely to design without evidence. Brandbeet's client testimonials can inform evaluation of collaboration and quality, but do not establish a guaranteed performance uplift.
